All updates are tested on a staging copy of your site first. If anything breaks, it’s caught before going live. In the rare case something slips through to production, I restore from the most recent backup immediately — typically within 30 minutes.
No contracts required. All maintenance plans are month-to-month. You can cancel any time with 7 days notice. I aim to keep clients through quality of work, not lock-in.
I’ll need WordPress admin access and FTP/cPanel access for server-level tasks. All credentials are stored securely in a password manager. You can revoke access at any time, and I’ll never share or misuse your login details.
Starter clients receive a response within 24 business hours. Pro clients within 24 hours (any day). Agency clients have a 2-hour emergency response SLA for site-down situations, 7 days a week.
